These guidelines keep TandaKit useful and trustworthy for creators and the brands who discover them. They are part of our Terms of Service; breaking them can lead to content removal or account suspension.
1. Who this applies to
Everyone who uses TandaKit: creators who publish a page, collab, or Tanda Drop; and brand visitors who submit briefs through pages or TandaBoard.
2. What's encouraged
- Real proof of your work, clearly labeled as self-declared or linked to a source.
- Clear deliverables, turnaround, and usage-rights notes on your packages.
- Collabs and drops that reflect collaborations you are genuinely open to this month.
- Respectful, professional briefs from brands with honest budget and scope.
3. What's not allowed
- Illegal or harmful content — anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually exploitative; content endangering minors.
- Deception & fraud — fake proof, fabricated brands/testimonials, inflated or fake audience claims, scams, or phishing.
- Impersonation — pretending to be another person, creator, brand, or TandaKit itself; claiming usernames to mislead.
- Intellectual-property infringement— posting content, logos, or media you don't have the rights to.
- Spam & abuse — bulk or repetitive submissions, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security.
- Misuse of brief data— a creator must use a brand's contact details only for that collaboration, never for resale or marketing lists.
4. Honest availability
Open collabs and Tanda Drops must reflect real, current availability. Don't advertise collabs you won't honor. Stale drops are expired or auto-hidden so brands aren't sent to creators who are not actually open. Rates you display should be genuine.
5. TandaBoard & ranking transparency
TandaBoard is a listing-first discovery surface, not a marketplace — no bidding, escrow, or brand login. Listings are ranked by active slots, freshness (last updated), and proof completeness — never by follower count or popularity. Every listing shows when it was last updated, so the visible signal is availability, not fame. Any future paid placement will be clearly labeled and must still reflect real activity. We keep categories and cities controlled and apply lightweight review to listings.
6. Reporting & takedown
See a page, listing, or brief that breaks these guidelines — spam, a fake or miscategorized listing, impersonation, or infringing content? Report it to report@tandakit.id with a link and a short description. We review reports and remove content that violates these guidelines. Rights holders can use the same address for IP/takedown requests.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn, remove content, hide a listing, suspend, or terminate an account. We aim to be proportionate and to give context where we can, but we act quickly on clear harm or repeated violations.
